Wie zijn wij?
B'Elle is an online magazine that was founded in 2014 by Jorissa Neutelings. Sabine van Egeraat took over the magazine in December 2019 with the aim of further developing it into an international community with a social impact. "It is our mission to contribute to equal opportunities for men and women on the labor market. We believe inclusive organizations with a strong focus on human capital and strategic markers for diversity and inclusion hold the future both economically and on a social level", Sabine added.
At the moment we see the many successful efforts companies unfold to bring about change. We want to play an active and contributing role in this. In our community and with our magazine we want to open up challenging conversations further.
- Where are the women in our talent pipeline?
- What skills are we helping women build?
- And are we rooting out unconscious bias?
Our magazine plays a vital role in our community. It features interviews with successful women that serve as role models on the one hand and catalysts on the other hand. Through the interviews with their C level women, companies show they are committed to supporting women grow in their careers, which boosts their personal and the company's reputation and helps to retain valuable talent.
The foundation of B'Elle lies in the Netherlands, but the aim of contributing to equal opportunities for men and women extends far beyond our own little country. In the past decades, we were able to build a valuable network across the globe and we will use this high level network to further build on our mission in diversity and inclusion, grow the community, and reach a broad audience of women and men worldwide.
